An experiential process that allows you to bypasses the critical mind and connect to the deeper parts that are in need of healing.  This can be done on a one to one basis but this process is most powerful in a group/community setting.  These workshops can be for one day and extend to four days with back to back sessions.

Chronic stress and trauma can wreak havoc on the nervous system and have persistent and lifelong effects on our immune system, our mental health, and our ability to direct our lives. The good news is that we can heal our nervous system, and restore resilience and well-being. This retreat is guided by a yoga therapist and a mental health professional who specialize in stress and trauma. We bring an integrative approach to those who have hit the limit of traditional mental health strategies.

I can design any retreat to meet the needs of your agency or organization. I bring a unique lens to these experiences as the workshop development is informed by the latest neuroscience in human and relational development.  These retreats will always include an educational component to provide context for the participants.  The personal shifts will occur through unconventional experiential processes that promote connection at a deeper level both internally and externally.  I will always provide practical tools and strategies that participants can walk away with and apply on their own.
