In-Person Process Group

For anyone who feels held back by, and wants to transform, that deep-seated belief that they are not good enough. This group will focus on challenging, breaking free from, and rewiring these limiting beliefs. Through a diverse blend of therapeutic modalities and lenses, we help you uncover and transform the roots of these beliefs. This is an ongoing group that meets on Wednesday evenings, offering a supportive and intimate setting with a maximum of eight participants. A minimum 12-week commitment is required to ensure a deep and meaningful experience.

What you can expect:

Holistic Approach: A combination of psychoeducation, cognitive processing, and experiential modalities, tailored to the group’s needs at any given time, that help explore and address the core of the limiting beliefs.

Identifying Root Causes: Thought-provoking exercises and experiences will help you gain insight into the programming of your feelings and beliefs.

Nervous System Regulation: Somatic skills to help regulate the nervous system and foster resilience

Rewiring Techniques: Action method experiences combined with practical tools and strategies that help you actively rewrite and reinforce more empowering beliefs

Supportive Environment: Be with people who get it, and get you. Group work fosters individual AND collective healing.
