Licensed Clinical Social Worker Brenda Lee Gauthier, Somatic Psychotherapist Rebecca Pollard, Writer/Creative Coach Cecily Sailer, Certified Yoga Therapist Sam Pullen, and their trauma-informed facilitators will skillfully and compassionately nurture you through this grounded, integrative mind-body-spirit experience.

  • A 60-minute breathwork journey accompanied by soul-stirring music for emotional and physical release, and deep relaxation.

  • Somatic exercises to ground, regulate and integrate your breathwork experience into your body.

(she/her) Writer and Creative Coach

Cecily Sailer is a creativity coach, Tarot reader, and writer who supports people in shifting and building a relationship with Creativity that is healthy, holistic, and rooted in Self over societal systems. Cecily is the creator of Typewriter Tarot, a project that helps Creative Spirits explore magic, Tarot, and creative growth.

Brenda Lee Gauthier

(she/her) LSCW SEP RYT

Brenda Gauthier is a certified breathwork facilitator and licensed clinical therapist specializing in recovery from complex trauma, addiction, and ADHD. Her transformative experience with breathwork led her to integrate nervous system regulation, Somatic Experiencing, TRE, and Yoga into her therapeutic approach, helping clients heal through a holistic mind-body lens.

Rebecca Pollard

(she/her) LPC, SEP

Rebecca Pollard is a somatic psychotherapist and longtime yogi who feels honored to witness the profound transformations that arise from engaging the body and breath. She integrates Somatic Experiencing, Integral Somatic Psychology, and EMDR with her decades of contemplative movement practice and energy work to support embodied healing.

Sam Pullen

(she/her) E-RYT and C-IAYT

Sam Pullen, a Louisiana native, is passionate about sharing the practice of yoga with all walks of life be it asanas-movement, pranayama-breathwork, meditation-deep stillness, and/or sound healing. Over the years, she has studied to become a 500 hour RYT Yoga Teacher, as well as, a Yoga Therapist C-IAYT, who specializes in working with individuals and groups around stress, trauma, anxiety, depression.
