The You Project: Austin is a 12-week journey of rediscovery, shedding the shadows of conditioning so you can reconnect with your inherent nature and embody lasting change. Within a supportive community, you’ll move beyond old patterns and open to a deeper, more authentic expression of self.

Rooted in Eastern philosophy and informed by Western psychology, The You Project: Austin bridges ancient wisdom and modern science to guide real, embodied change. Each practice is crafted to touch every layer of your being: physiological, emotional, cognitive, and spiritual…So transformation becomes something lived, not learned.

Through neuro-somatic regulation, integrative processing, ritual, and community care, you’ll explore your system’s innate capacity to heal, grow, and transform, creating a field where release and reconnection unfold naturally, and lasting change takes root from the inside out.

Your guides, Gioconda Parker and Brenda Lee Gauthier, bring decades of experience in yoga, psychology, and trauma-informed practice.

Together, they hold space with skill and compassion, weaving science, soul, and lived wisdom into a grounded, integrative experience that supports both mind and body while honoring the spirit of who you truly are.

The You Project

Many people understand their patterns intellectually and still struggle to change them. That’s because these patterns often live deeper than thought alone, in the body, nervous system, emotional memory, relationships, and unconscious strategies.

Rooted in the chakra system and informed by modern psychology, The You Project works with patterns at every level they live: body, nervous system, emotions, relationships, and identity.

Guided by Gioconda Parker and Brenda Lee Gauthier, who bring decades of experience in yoga, Eastern philosophy, somatic work, psychology, and trauma-informed practice, this is where real change happens, not through insight alone, but through experience, practice, and the specific power of doing this work in community.

Two Systems. One Journey.

Think of it this way: Western psychology and the chakra system are two maps of the same human terrain.

Western psychology helps us understand how wounds form, how patterns get wired into the nervous system, and what evidence-based practices help create change.

The chakra system offers a whole-person map of development and vitality. It shows how survival, emotion, power, love, truth, intuition, and connection are all linked, and how imbalance in one area affects the rest of life.

One helps explain the mechanics of suffering. The other illuminates the architecture of wholeness.

When brought together, we get something rare: a model that honors both science and wisdom, both nervous system healing and human potential, both the past that shaped us and the future trying to emerge through us.

Western psychology helps heal the wounds.

The chakra system helps organize the awakening.

Together, they create a path that is practical, profound, and deeply human.

The Vibe

Twelve weeks. In person.

No fluff. No fixing.

Just a real chance to do something different.

This isn’t a lecture or a class. It’s a living experience. Part practice, part discovery, part letting go of what no longer fits.

Through intentional conversation, embodied exploration, and carefully guided experiences, you’ll begin to see how the patterns that once protected you may now be limiting you.

You may notice it first in small moments: the pause before reacting, the courage to speak honestly, the ability to stay present in discomfort, the trust that begins to return.

You’ll laugh, squirm, move, maybe cry, and probably swear. You may surprise yourself more than once.

No guru speak. No toxic positivity. No pretending.

Just real people doing real work.

This is not about fixing what is broken. It is about loosening what no longer fits and making room for more of who you already are.

What opens is more choice, more ease, and more freedom to be yourself.

How It Works

You bring one pattern into the room.

Together we explore how it shows up across the different layers of your life: in the body, nervous system, emotions, relationships, beliefs, and identity.

We meet it with curiosity and compassion rather than criticism. The chakra system reveals where growth is being asked for. Modern psychology brings insight into how the pattern formed, what it once protected, and why it may still persist.

Through embodied practices, honest reflection, and experiential group work, you begin to shift the pattern in ways insight alone cannot reach.

What you build is not just understanding. It is a process you can apply to every pattern that follows.

Connection regulates.

Experience rewires.

Repetition reinforces.

Compassion integrates.

The Arc Of The Journey

The Three Phases: From Shadows to Sunlight

Twelve weeks. Three phases. One pattern as your guide.

Resilience builds the foundation. Resonance brings it into relationship. Radiance opens what becomes possible when the pattern no longer runs the show.

Silhouette of a girl stretching with her arm extended, against a sunset sky.

Phase One: Resilience (You)

This is where the work begins.

Guided by the first three chakras, you’ll identify the pattern you’re working with and begin to understand it from the inside out: how it formed, where it lives in the body and nervous system, and how it has shaped your life.

Resilience is not about toughening up. It is about learning to work with yourself instead of against yourself.

You’ll build the nervous system regulation tools that make change possible and begin to see this pattern not as a flaw, but as an adaptation that once made sense and no longer has to run the show.

This is where the foundation is laid.

Phase Two: Resonance (We)

Here the work moves into relationship.

Guided by the heart chakra, this phase brings the pattern into the space between you and others, where it often lives and where it most needs to shift.

You’ll notice how it shapes the way you connect, protect yourself, give, withhold, and show up with other people.

In community, you’ll practice something many of us rarely get: being seen without having to manage how you’re perceived.

Co-regulation, honest conversation, and the healing that happens between people doing real work together.

This is where old patterns begin to loosen in the places that matter most.

Bright, radiating light beams in orange and yellow colors emanate from a central point, creating a starburst effect.

Phase Three: Radiance (You Transformed)

This is where it comes together.

Guided by the upper chakras, Radiance is about voice, vision, and integration.

You’ll work at the level of identity, expression, and meaning: who you are beyond old conditioning, and how you want to move forward.

This is not about becoming someone new. It is about having greater access to who you already are.

More choice in how you respond. More freedom to express what is true. More room to live from your own center rather than from old protective strategies.

What you’ve built across twelve weeks does not stay in the room. It goes with you.

Not Therapy. Not Coaching.

Therapy often processes the past. Coaching often focuses on goals. The You Project works at the level underneath both: the patterns that quietly shape everything.

We help you understand what shaped you while building new ways of living in the present.

The Group Is Part of the Medicine

Many patterns were formed in relationship and often shift most powerfully in relationship.

This is not a room full of strangers sitting side by side. Community becomes a catalyst for change.

You are not just supported by the group. You are changed by it.

Ancient Wisdom. Modern Psychology.

The chakra system offers a map for growth. Somatic work, psychology, and nervous system science offer grounded tools for change.

Together they create something neither can offer alone.

Facilitators Who Walk the Path, Not Just Teach It

This work is led by facilitators who have walked the terrain and continue to do so. We understand trauma, healing, and transformation not as theories but as lived experience.

We are not teaching from a distance. We continue to work the same process we teach, in our own practices, our own retreats, and our own growth edges. What we bring into this room comes from that.

We do our best to model what it means to live awake, embodied, and real. Not perfect. We are not the experts in the room. We are the most experienced travelers. Our presence is grounded in authenticity rather than performance, and that sets the tone for the entire space.

A Culture of Presence, Not Performance

In a world obsessed with self-optimization, The You Project offers something rare: a space to come home to yourself, not improve yourself.

This is an in-person, heart-to-heart experience where community becomes the ground for transformation. It’s designed as a living experiment in what happens when we come back to ourselves, and to each other, in real time.

Here, being human isn’t a flaw to fix. It’s the way in.

More Than Insight

Many patterns operate across multiple layers of experience at once: body, nervous system, emotions, thoughts, relationships, and identity.

That’s why insight alone often helps but doesn’t always create lasting change.

We work with the whole system.

Blue background with white text in the center that says "Why this approach works"

Why This Approach Works…

Because it’s built on how lasting change actually happens. In the brain, the body, and human connection.

It works across every level of experience.

Patterns live in the body, nervous system, emotions, relationships, and identity all at once. This program engages all of those layers simultaneously, because that’s where lasting change actually takes root.

It uses repetition to rewire the brain.

Neuroplasticity depends on new experience practiced consistently. Over time what requires effort becomes a new baseline.

Silhouette of a person running on a curved path with a rising sun in the background.

It completes old survival patterns instead of suppressing them.

Patterns often persist because old stress responses never fully resolved. By allowing the body to complete what got interrupted, the nervous system releases what it’s been holding and restores capacity for choice.

It’s grounded in wholeness, not pathology.

Instead of asking what’s wrong with you, we ask what your system has been trying to do for you. That shift changes everything about how the work feels.

It integrates two systems that together cover the full terrain.

The chakra system maps where patterns live and what becomes possible when they shift. Western psychology and neuroscience show how to get there.

Connection regulates. Experience rewires. Repetition reinforces. Compassion integrates.

That’s not a philosophy. That’s how the system changes.

Is This for You?

This isn’t about quick fixes.

It is about real change that lasts.

See if any of these questions speak to you…

  • Does life look fine on the outside, yet inside you’re quietly longing for more?

  • Do you give great advice to others but struggle to follow it yourself?

  • Do old patterns keep pulling you back, no matter how much you want to move forward?

  • Do you notice the same pattern showing up across different areas of your life and wonder if it will ever actually change?

  • Do you long for connection, yet often pull away or give too much of yourself?

  • Are you more comfortable with your shadow than you are your light?

If even one of these lands, The You Project was made for you.

Healing doesn’t happen alone.

This is where you’ll find the tools, the community, and the support to make change real.

In Essence

Most programs help you understand yourself.

The You Project helps you become yourself.

Even when you have no idea at the start who that is.

The People Holding This Space

A black and white portrait of a woman with long wavy hair, wearing a dark scarf, outdoors with blurred trees in the background.

Brenda Lee Gauthier and Gioconda Parker bring together two paths of wisdom in service of one shared mission: helping people step out of old patterns and into a fuller, freer way of living.

Together, they bring decades of training and experience in psychotherapy, trauma recovery, addiction healing, somatic work, yoga philosophy, meditation, nervous system regulation, and group facilitation.

But what most distinguishes them is not credentials alone

It is that both have walked their own rocky roads of healing, growth, loss, reinvention, and becoming. They know transformation from the inside out. They understand how hard it can be to change, and they know what truly supports that change

Their partnership blends modern psychology and ancient wisdom, emotional depth and practical tools, compassion and honest challenge

Together, they create spaces that are grounded, warm, courageous, and real. Spaces where people can stop performing, tell the truth, reconnect with themselves, and begin living beyond the patterns that once defined the

If you feel the pull, trust it.

Most likely you’re ready to stop circling old patterns and do something real about it.

The You Project is that space. In community, through the body, with the wisdom of the chakras and the grounded tools of modern psychology to guide the way.

The work we do here is personal, deep, and alive.
