Our Integrative Breathwork Workshop process offers a deeply personal experience that guides you out of your busy mind and into the natural energy of your body. It helps you release the stuck energy caused by recurring thoughts, emotions, and old stories, allowing you to discharge what no longer serves you.
Through circular, connected breathing and rhythmic music, Somatic Breathwork creates a powerful emotional release that may lead to moving, shaking, yelling, crying, or laughing. With each breath, you’ll tap into your body’s natural healing power, clearing away the barriers, pain, and defenses that keep you from being your true self and showing up in the world as you want to.

Expanding Resilience with Breathwork is a 3.5-hour in-person experience designed to help you release stored tension, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your body’s natural capacity for healing.
Led by facilitators Brenda Lee Gauthier, Somatic Psychotherapist Rebecca Pollard, Writer & Creative Coach Cecily Sailer, and Certified Yoga Therapist Sam Pullen, this workshop blends somatic awareness, conscious connected breathing, and guided integration to support deep emotional and physiological restoration.
Through breath, movement, and music, you’ll learn how to safely access and release long-held stress patterns, expand your capacity for presence, and repattern your nervous system toward calm and connection.
Each phase of the session builds gently on the last — from guided preparation and intentional breathing to reflective art-making and group integration — creating a full-spectrum experience of healing that lasts beyond the mat.
